Aurora shook her head.

Women in this village were all virtuous wives and good mothers. Unfortunately, most of them didn't earn any respect from their husbands.

Their husbands often beat and scolded them.

Aurora seemed to reluctantly believe what I said.

We returned to the house. Luke was holding the child and coaxing him. Aurora went over and sat down next to him, preparing to pour a cup of coffee for Luke.

I quickly said, "Hurry up and pour coffee for your wife. She doesn't need to pour coffee for herself in Heaven."

Luke quickly held the child in one hand and picked up the kettle to pour coffee for Aurora.

"I have to say that taking care of children is more suitable for men."

Holding a child and doing work at the same time would make women exhausted.

Aurora looked at Luke as he was holding the child and pouring coffee for her.

She looked at me disapprovingly.

I immediately asked Luke, "Are you happy pouring coffee for the fairy?"

Luke nodded without hesitation.

Hearing Luke say this, Aurora shyly lowered her head. She was moved to tears.

"No, Aurora, you don't have to do these things by yourself in Heaven."

"Now that you are suffering here. How come you are moved by a man who is doing such a petty thing for you?"

"Is she probably tired of having a good life?"

I hadn't eaten anything since I was here. Now, I was so hungry that I wanted to lie on the ground.

I weakly instructed Luke.

"Hurry up and cook later. Remember to make more for me."

Luke quickly agreed.

While holding the child, he walked towards the kitchen outside.

Aurora stopped him and told him she would cook.

I asked her, "Can you hold the child and cook at the same time?"

Aurora shook her head. She used to carry the child on her back while cooking. The child would easily cry.

She had to comfort the child while worrying about the food being cooked.

I looked at Luke and said, "You can do it, right?"

Luke seemed to feel that I had hurt his self-esteem. He immediately flexed his muscles on his arms to prove himself.

I nodded satisfactorily and said, "Remember to cook something delicious."

Luke happily went out to cook.

Lying on the ground, I was waiting for a delicious meal later.

But a burnt smell wafted in from outside.

There was an ominous premonition in my heart in an instant.

Luke ran in with a face full of soot, holding a spatula.

I couldn't help but get angry when I saw him like this.
