According to sources, Princesses Beatrice and Eugenie are said to be “aghast” after learning about their mother Sarah Ferguson’s correspondence with the convicted paedophile, details of which were exposed in the newest tranche of the Epstein files.
What the Newly Released Files Contain
On Friday, the US Department of Justice released a vast amount of previously sealed material connected to Epstein, including around three million pages, 180,000 images, and 2,000 videos.
Within those documents, both the former Duke and Duchess of York were referenced repeatedly. The files include emails sent from accounts labelled “The Duke” and “The Invisible Man,” along with messages from “Sarah” and references to “Fergie” and “Duchess of York.”
Most disturbingly, the emails suggest Prince Andrew and Sarah Ferguson continued communicating with Epstein for years after his 2008 conviction for soliciting a minor for prostitution, a crime for which he served 13 months in a jail work-release program.
The Sisters’ Private Reaction
A source close to Beatrice, 37, and Eugenie, 35, said the revelations have been difficult for the sisters to absorb.
“They are aghast at what they have read,” the source told the Mail UK.
“They are mortified by the emails their mother has sent to Epstein. It is so embarrassing for them.”
The source went on to suggest that the sisters were not fully aware of what would emerge in the latest document release.
“We don’t believe the girls [Beatrice and Eugenie] were told much about what has just emerged [in the latest Epstein files release], and they will simply be aghast at just how close their parents were to this appalling man.”

Mentions of Beatrice and Eugenie in the Emails
The newly released files reportedly include multiple references to Beatrice and Eugenie made by their parents. In some cases, Prince Andrew even sent Epstein personal family photographs of his daughters as part of festive greeting emails in 2011 and 2012.
One exchange from March 2010 appears to show Ferguson telling Epstein that Eugenie was on a “sh*****g weekend.”
In another email sent around four months later, Epstein asked Ferguson whether Beatrice and Eugenie—then aged 21 and 20—were around to “say hello” while he was visiting London.
Ferguson reportedly replied that Beatrice was in London with Andrew and that “Eugie is away with cool boyfriend.”
