In another exchange, someone signing as “A” and “HRH The Duke of York” discusses meeting a “beautiful” Russian woman. The same sender also invited Epstein to Buckingham Palace in 2010 — two years after Epstein’s conviction for soliciting a minor for prostitution, for which he served 13 months.
Additional emails from Ghislaine Maxwell to a contact dubbed “The Invisible Man” suggest “Andrew” should opt to spend time with “Sarah and the kids” at a Spanish resort rather than visit “the Island,” where “5 stunning red heads” would be staying.
Andrew continues to deny all allegations of wrongdoing.
Sarah Ferguson’s Role
Sarah Ferguson also appears repeatedly in the documents.
One March 2011 message shows Epstein asking publicist Mike Sitrick to “draft a statement that in an ideal world Fergie would put out.” Days earlier, the former duchess had told the Evening Standard she felt “deep regret” about her ties to Epstein.
“I abhor paedophilia and any sexual abuse of children,” Ferguson said at the time, apologising for accepting £15,000 from him.
However, a separate 2011 email revealed last year shows her referring to Epstein as “my dear, dear friend.”
Her spokesperson later clarified that the message was sent in response to a defamation threat from Epstein. In a 2025 statement, they said she “spoke of her regret about her association with Epstein many years ago, and as they have always been, her first thoughts are with his victims”.
“Like many people, she was taken in by his lies,” the statement added. “As soon as she was aware of the extent of the allegations against him, she not only cut off contact but condemned him publicly, to the extent that he then threatened to sue her for defamation for associating him with paedophilia.
“She does not resile from anything she said then. This email was sent in the context of advice the Duchess was given to try to assuage Epstein and his threats.”
Though Princesses Beatrice and Eugenie are not accused of wrongdoing, they are mentioned in peripheral correspondence. Andrew sent Epstein photographs of his daughters between 2011 and 2012, including Christmas cards, a picture of Beatrice climbing Mont Blanc, and one of Eugenie on a charity bike ride.

In a 2010 email, Ferguson appeared to invite Epstein to Andrew’s 50th birthday at St James’s Palace, writing: “Beatrice, Eugenie and I would love to invite you….”
