The biker reached slowly into the inner pocket of his vest, prompting another wave of alarmed gasps, and security stiffened as though expecting a weapon, but he withdrew only a phone and began typing with steady thumbs. The suited man tried once more to stand fully, and once more the biker stepped into his path, not striking him but containing him.

Police sirens began to wail faintly outside the school, and tension thickened into something volatile as the suited man shouted, “I have every legal right to be here!”

“That is not what the court said,” the biker replied evenly.

The statement landed heavily in the charged silence, yet before the implication could settle, two uniformed officers entered the gym and scanned the chaotic scene. Dr. Whitman waved them over and exclaimed, “He attacked a parent during the ceremony!”

The suited man seized the opportunity and declared, “Arrest him immediately!”

One officer turned to the biker and asked, “Sir, what is your account of this situation?”

“There is an active no contact order,” the biker said, holding out his phone.

“That is a lie,” the suited man snapped quickly.

The officer examined the digital document displayed on the screen, and as he read, his posture shifted noticeably. The suited man protested, “That order is outdated and being appealed, so it does not apply anymore!”

The biker remained silent, shoulders squared, breathing steady, and he did not seek validation from the crowd as Addison’s guidance counselor, Mrs. Colleen Avery, approached the stage and asked gently, “Addison, do you want him here right now?”

Addison parted her lips, but no sound emerged, and her hands trembled even more visibly. The suited man softened his expression artificially and called out, “Sweetheart, it is just me, and I only want to hug you and congratulate you.”

The officer handed the phone back to the biker and stepped toward the suited man. “Sir, I need to see identification.”

The suited man hesitated longer than was comfortable, and murmurs intensified across the bleachers as the biker made a brief phone call and stated quietly, “She is safe,” before ending the call without further explanation.

When the suited man attempted to push forward again, the officer placed a firm hand against his chest and commanded, “Sir, step back immediately.”
