He smirked, as though amused by my suspicion. "Because your pack deserves a future, and you need someone to stand with you. Let me lend you my warriors. Let me help you rebuild."
It was a bold offer—one that I hadn’t expected. My pride screamed at me to refuse, but I truly needed his help and If I didn’t accept help soon, there might not be a Silver Moon Pack left to protect.
"And what do you want in return?" I asked.
His smirk faded, and his gaze softened. "Nothing but your trust. I’m offering this because I see strength in you, Willow. You have the potential to lead your pack back to greatness, but not if the rogues overrun you first."
A few weeks later, Noah’s warriors had driven the rogues from our borders. Silver Moon Pack was safe for the first time since my parents passed.
Noah didn’t stop there. He used his connections to help secure trade deals and financial support that I never would have been able to arrange on my own. With his help, we rebuilt. Slowly, but surely, my pack began to recover.
One night, after a long day of meetings, I received an invite from Noah to his pack to eat dinner with him.
After we were done eating, he reached out and took my hand, his touch warm and reassuring.
"You’re stronger than you think, you know that?" he said, his voice gentle but firm.
I glanced away, not sure how to respond. "I don’t always feel that way."
He leaned forward, his expression serious. "You’ve been through hell, Willow, losing your parents, fighting to keep your pack together—you could have given up, but you didn’t. That takes real strength."
His words made my chest tighten.
"Noah…" I started, but the words got caught in my throat.
"I meant what I said that other night. I’m not just here to help your pack. I want to be by your side, Willow."
“I love you, Willow… so much. Will you marry me?”
The sincerity in his voice was overwhelming. He had been there for me when I had no one else. He had fought for my pack, for my future. And somewhere along the way, he had fought his way into my heart.
I accepted his proposal without hesitation.
Willow POV
After he proposed to me, our relationship became stronger.
I left Silver Moon pack in the care of the pack elders and joined Noah at his pack.
