I pressed myself against the car door, lips pursed, trying to figure out what Andrew was really up to.

The last time he gave me a telescope, and now this?

Just as I was about to make a run for it, Andrew grabbed my wrist.

"Where do you think you're going? Am I that scary?" he asked, his tone teasing.

It was ten-thirty at night, and the only light came from the street lamps, casting eerie shadows on the empty path.

Seriously, do you think I shouldn't be scared?

"N... no, not at all! I'm just heading up now, see you later!"

In a bid for self-preservation, my legs took off before my brain could catch up, bolting into the building without even looking back.

Even after I got inside, my heart was still racing.

Suddenly, my phone buzzed in my pocket.

My first thought was that it was a call from Andrew, and I fumbled to pull it out, my hands shaking as I prepared to answer.

"Hey, sis, it's me."

Oh, it's Rick.

Hearing his voice made me relax completely, and I collapsed onto the sofa.

"What is it? Spit it out."

For once, Rick didn't argue with my impatient tone. Instead, he asked if I wanted to join him for an escape room game tomorrow.

"A bunch of my classmates are coming—three guys from the sports program, two from dance, and…"

"What time? Where? I'm in!"

The best way to get rid of my worries, of course, was to see some handsome guys.

The next day, I showed up at the meeting spot an hour early, eagerly waiting for Rick to bring along his good-looking friends.

However, instead of charming guys, I was met with someone else entirely.

I double-checked five times. The person standing in front of me was, indeed, Andrew. Without his glasses today, he was almost unrecognizable. His coat highlighted his impressive physique, and his hairstyle was more casual compared to the formal look he had at school.

At first glance, I thought he was just another college guy waiting for his girlfriend.

I slowly turned, hoping to sneak away unnoticed.

Just then, my dear little brother called out, "Sis!" causing me to freeze in place.

I felt a warm presence behind me, and Andrew's voice came from above, "Lily?"

Even if Rick had brought a hundred handsome guys, I would never forgive him for calling me "sis" like that.

I stiffened and forced a smile. "Well… what a coincidence."

Rick, seemingly oblivious to the brewing storm, panted as he ran over to me, followed by four or five tall guys.
